📍 Position: Operational Manager (Indonesians have priority)
📍 Location: Ubuntu Bali, Canggu
📆 Full-Time | Weekends & Holidays as Needed

Are you an organized, people-oriented leader with a passion for wellness, community, and sustainability? Ubuntu Bali is seeking a proactive and motivated Operational Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at our eco-yoga retreat center.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

✔ Oversee daily operations across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, the garden, and our organic café
✔ Motivate and manage a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
✔ Be the main contact for guests and retreat leaders, ensuring smooth, memorable stays
✔ Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience and optimize business operations
✔ Handle administrative tasks, financial tracking, and vendor coordination
✔ Uphold our values of community, wellness, and sustainability

✅ What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience in hospitality, wellness, or retreat operations (2-3 years in a leadership role preferred)
🔹 Leadership & communication skills (fluent in English & Bahasa)
🔹 Strong problem-solving & multitasking abilities
🔹 Passion for guest experience & community engagement
🔹 Highly organized & detail-oriented to ensure smooth operations
🔹 Background in sales & marketing (a plus!)
🔹 Familiarity with booking platforms (Booking.com, etc.)
🔹 A love for wellness, yoga, and sustainable living (bonus points!)
