The Pilates Company is inviting applications from a passionate Mat & Reformer Pilates Teacher who is eager to grow, learn, and be mentored within a high-quality studio environment.

This 6-month paid mentoring opportunity is ideal for teachers who value excellent teaching standards, professional development, and being part of a supportive studio community.

About the Mentorship

During the mentoring period, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Observe senior teachers during live classes
• Teach Mat & Reformer classes (including observed sessions)
• Cover Mat & Reformer classes as required
• Receive support in delivering 1:1 private sessions
• Access Pilates education and wellbeing workshops
• Gain guidance on class structure and adapting teaching within a group setting
• Receive ongoing feedback and mentoring from highly qualified teachers

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification
• Reformer Pilates qualification
• Client-centred, professional teaching approach
• Flexibility to cover classes when needed

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Interest in injury rehabilitation
• Interest in working with older clients
