Looking for an energetic, professional, and client-focused instructor who thrives in a diverse environment and values teamwork. The ideal candidate has experience teaching both group and private sessions, and is passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals through safe, effective, and inspiring Pilates instruction.

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free monthly salary up to 13,000 SAR (approx. USD $3,466)
• 30% commission on personal training sessions

Candidate Requirements

• Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates
• Minimum 2 years of professional teaching experience
• Fluent in English
• Calm, positive, and team-oriented personality
• Respectful, reliable, and dedicated to client care

Key Responsibilities

• Teach 20 hours of group Mat/Reformer Pilates classes weekly, with opportunities for additional personal training sessions
• Adapt classes for various fitness levels, offering progressions and modifications as needed
• Visually assess client ability to ensure safe and effective instruction
• Deliver injury-conscious sessions tailored to individual needs
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants
