Be part of launching a new boutique Pilates studio in Riyadh, opening April 2026. This is a founding team opportunity for an instructor ready to shape a modern wellness space from day one.

About the Role
As a Female Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will lead private and small group sessions in a studio built around mindful movement and quality education. You’ll design progressive programs, deliver hands-on and verbal corrections, and create a professional, welcoming environment. This is a client-focused space where safety, precision, and community come first.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Mat and Reformer group and one-to-one sessions
• Design structured, progressive programs tailored to client goals
• Provide clear demonstrations and corrections to ensure safe technique
• Modify exercises for varying levels, including injuries or special conditions
• Maintain equipment standards and support a positive studio culture

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body or equivalent preferred)
• Minimum 1 year professional teaching experience
• Experience with private and group Reformer sessions
• Strong English communication skills; CPR preferred
• Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow with a new studio

Compensation & Benefits

• 15,000 SAR monthly salary (inclusive of accommodation and transportation allowance)
• Commission structure (to be confirmed)
