The Role
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager to help grow our brand and turn interest into bookings through smart, creative, and strategic marketing. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who thrives in a values-led environment and enjoys both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and seasonal goals
• Plan and run campaigns for retreats, trainings, events, yoga classes, café, and accommodation
• Oversee social media and content direction, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency
• Manage campaigns with a clear focus on conversions and ROI
• Analyse performance and adjust strategies using data and insights
• Build aligned partnerships and community-based marketing initiatives
• Work closely with management and operations to ensure marketing reflects the guest experience

Requirements

• Indonesian national or KITAS holder (valid work permit required)
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, funnels, and conversions
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing and campaign execution
• Ability to work effectively with small to moderate budgets
• Strategic, creative, and proactive mindset
• Alignment with wellness, yoga, sustainability, and conscious living values
