Job descriptionAs a yoga instructors, you will work with the clients through a series of moves that works certain parts/muscles of the body. Leading these classes with different levels of experience, you will be able to implement certain moves that will encourage sweat (detoxifying the body), stretching, flexibility, and improve overall fitness.

The studio will be heated while you teach a class that will be between 45 minutes- 1 hour long. Another detail is that the studio will be between 92-100 F with humidity of 60-65%. These classes should challenge the mindset and body. The moves should highlight mobility, stability and strength, which is something, as a business, we strive to achieve these 3 statements.
