We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious five star resort spa in the Maldives, looking for an experienced Head Spa Therapist and Trainer to lead, inspire and elevate wellness experiences in a world of serenity and excellence.

This is a leadership role. You'll be responsible for leading and training spa teams, ensuring exceptional service standards across all treatments, developing training programmes and SOPs, and delivering luxury wellness experiences that guests remember long after they leave. You'll set the tone for the entire spa operation and play a central role in maintaining the resort's reputation for world class wellbeing.

We're looking for someone with a diploma or certification in spa or massage therapy, Train the Trainer certification, and strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. You should have expertise in massages, facials, body treatments and rituals, and be manicure and pedicure certified. A minimum of 3 to 5 years as a Spa Trainer, Senior or Head Therapist is required, with experience in five star luxury hotels or resort spas being mandatory. A proven record in training, assessments and quality standards is essential, and pre opening spa or new treatment rollout experience is an advantage.

Additional skills that would set you apart include knowledge of holistic therapies such as Ayurveda, energy work and sound healing, familiarity with HIFU treatments, proficiency with facial machines, and strong administrative and reporting skills.
