Salary: £29.5K per annum

3 Tribes, one of the UK's leading boutique studios, is seeking an experienced and inspiring Head of Yoga to lead our teaching team and uphold the high standards, culture, and community we’re known for. With studios in Crouch End and Borough, we've built a welcoming space rooted in empowerment, integrity, and connection—and we’re looking for a leader to help shape our next chapter.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining teaching, coordination, and mentorship. You'll deliver 9 high-quality classes per week while overseeing the yoga schedule, supporting teachers, and ensuring consistency across both studios. You’ll collaborate with our senior leadership team and work alongside other departments on training, marketing, and development initiatives.

Who You Are

You’re a seasoned yoga teacher with a strong foundation in Hot Yoga and Vinyasa, confident in holding space for students and leading a team. You communicate with warmth, build trust easily, and know how to inspire and support both members and instructors.

Key Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of teaching experience in Hot Yoga/Vinyasa (Yin is a bonus)
✔ 500+ hours YTT accreditation
✔ Leadership experience with a calm, people-first approach
✔ Strong ability to mentor teachers, manage schedules, and onboard new instructors
✔ Comfortable using Google Workspace, NetGym, Zoom, Canva
✔ Based within a commutable distance to both studios
✔ Open to weekend and early/late classes
✔ Authentic, grounded, and community-minded (no egos, no elitism)
