Take your fitness career international with a premium, spacious studio in Qatar. We are seeking a versatile, energetic female Group Class Instructor to deliver exceptional experiences across multiple modalities and inspire clients to reach their goals.

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will lead dynamic group classes, provide personal training, and contribute to a supportive, professional studio environment. This is a luxury setting designed to prioritize client results, safety, and engagement, while offering long-term growth and development for instructors who are passionate about fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and deliver diverse group fitness classes and personal training sessions aligned with the studio’s vision
• Monitor client progress, provide guidance, and adjust programming as needed
• Promote and sell group classes and personal training within the studio
• Support studio operations, including scheduling, client communications, and data management
• Ensure all health, safety, and injury prevention protocols are followed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years teaching experience with certifications in at least two modalities (Lagree, Mat Pilates, Barre, Spinning, Bootcamp, Stretch)
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong understanding of movement screenings, body composition, and digital scheduling systems
• Fluent or conversational English; confident, social, and engaging personality
• Energetic, client-focused, and committed to inspiring results

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free salary up to QAR 10,000/month depending on experience
• Personal training commission up to 40%; group class commission based on attendance
