ABOUT THE ROLE

As General Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire our international team while working closely with local managers
• Ensure high-quality standards in F&B, guest activities, housekeeping, hygiene, and overall operations
• Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Be responsible for day-to-day operations, internal communication, and local networking
• Bring great energy and motivation to create magical moments for guests and team members alike

ABOUT YOU

You are:

• 27+ years old and fluent in English
• A natural leader with experience managing and motivating teams
• From a background in hospitality, gastronomy, or hotel management
• Passionate about surf, yoga, and living a holistic lifestyle
• Organized and detail-oriented, ideally with camp or retreat management experience
• Great at onboarding, training, and developing staff
• Calm, solutions-focused, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who leads by example and cultivates good vibes
• Independent, hands-on, and driven to maintain high standards
• Holder of a valid Class B driving license and confident driving larger vehicles
