We’re recruiting for a brand-new luxury wellness resort opening in the stunning Maldives. We are seeking a Fitness Manager to join the opening team at this exclusive 5-star location. If you’re passionate about wellness, experienced in luxury hospitality, and ready for a life-changing opportunity in paradise, we want to hear from you.
đź“Ť Based on-site | Full-time | 12-month contract
Role:
Take the lead in managing the resort’s state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facility. You’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate the schedule for guest classes and visiting instructors, manage the guest experience, and ensure sessions are delivered smoothly and professionally.
Details:
- 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
- 12-month contract (10 months in the Maldives, 2 months at a sister resort)
- Salary: £3,000–£4,000/month
- Private accommodation provided, with the option for a partner or guest to join you
- All flights covered
- Additional income opportunity: teach private sessions outside of contracted hours
