About the role
The Fitness Leader is the property’s hands-on expert in premium fitness delivery. You will lead daily group classes, mentor trainers, and ensure every element of the fitness environment from equipment readiness to energy in the room meets a luxury hospitality standard. This is a role for someone who understands both performance and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a full schedule of dynamic group fitness classes
• Monitor gym setup, class flow, music, and overall ambiance
• Oversee servicing, cleanliness, and readiness of all equipment
• Introduce both complimentary and paid fitness services aligned to guest demographics
• Support rollout of wellness technology and train the team on new platforms
• Identify development needs and coordinate workshops or certifications

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in a fitness leadership role within luxury gyms or resorts
• Certified in personal training and group fitness (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or similar)
• Strong leadership and guest-facing communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, engaging classes
• Collaborative, open-minded, and committed to continuous learning
