About the role
You will design and deliver immersive wellness experiences for individuals and groups in our boutique studio or curated villa settings. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for practitioners who thrive in intimate, intentional environments and are passionate about supporting personal growth, healing, and consciousness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops, events, and private wellness sessions across Bali
• Facilitate practices including sound healing, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, Tai Chi, Qigong, Kundalini activation, and cacao ceremonies
• Adapt sessions for different group sizes and individual needs
• Maintain a professional, supportive, and welcoming atmosphere
• Collaborate with the Adda Yoga team to elevate event experiences

What we’re looking for

• Established wellness practitioner with full working rights in Bali
• Expertise in one or more modalities (sound, breathwork, meditation, energy practices)
• Strong presence and ability to hold intentional, transformative space
• Self-motivated, professional, and highly organised
• Open to contributing creatively to new formats and experiences
