Hridaya Yoga is a living spiritual community devoted to the path of the Heart. Since 2001, we have offered retreats, teachings, and spaces for deep inner transformation around the world, with centres in Mexico, France, and Romania. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in a central, connecting role. This is not a traditional marketing position. You will support the flow between marketing, programmes, and administration, helping our offerings reach people with clarity and authenticity. It is a role that requires both creative thinking and the ability to hold multiple projects with presence and organisation.

The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing with a coordination or management aspect, communicates clearly, kindly, and consciously, and feels aligned with personal growth and inner work. This is a flexible position at 30 to 35 hours per week, with the possibility of spending time at our centres in France and Mexico, participating in silent retreats and modules, and being part of a global, heart-centred community.
