Your Profile:
• 5+ years of senior spa/wellness leadership (luxury or wellness industry preferred)
• Strategic, guest-focused approach with a deep understanding of spa therapies and holistic trends
• Experience curating innovative wellness programs aligned with global trends and brand values
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Financial acumen: budget management, profitability, and operational excellence
• Certified in spa or wellness therapies (a plus)
• Passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences
