Children's Yoga Teacher
Opportunity description
If your yoga practice has become second nature and you feel a pull towards sharing it with the next generation, this is a role that could bring real meaning to your days.
Yogamoo is a specialist children's yoga and wellbeing provider that has been bringing movement, mindfulness, and connection into primary schools for almost two decades. Founded by Laurence Turner, the company delivers structured, age-appropriate programmes designed to support children's physical, emotional, and social development. Their mission is beautifully simple: to help young people build confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience through the power of yoga.
They are looking for passionate, reliable individuals to join the team as self-employed Children's Yoga Teachers, delivering after-school yoga clubs in primary schools across Surrey, including Horley, Crawley, Caterham, and Oxted. This is flexible, term-time work with a minimum commitment of one school academic year, making it ideal if you value a rhythm that moves with the seasons.
You will need experience managing children's groups, whether through after-school care, teaching, or running clubs, alongside a confident personal yoga practice of at least one year (or two years of experience). Full training, structured lesson plans, and ongoing support are all provided, so you will never be left without guidance. You will also need your own transport and to live within easy reach of the schools.
To apply, email laurence@yogamoo.com and take the first step towards bringing yoga into children's lives.
