Reports to: Director of Spa

Vakkaru Maldives is seeking an experienced Assistant Spa Manager to join our award‑winning wellness team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a world‑class spa and wellness experience in one of the most breathtaking destinations in the world.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury spa management (international setting preferred)
• Strong background in spa operations, team leadership, guest service, and administration
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• A passion for wellness and an ability to inspire and guide a diverse team

What you’ll do:

• Support the Director of Spa in managing daily spa and wellness operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the spa and wellness team
• Oversee bookings, inventory, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
• Help shape and deliver a holistic, world‑class spa experience
