Your Role

As our Yoga Instructor, you will bring energy, presence, and inspiration to the resort’s sunrise and sunset sessions - set against the breathtaking Indian Ocean backdrop. Beyond daily classes, you’ll help us shape the future of our wellness offering through creative program development, collaboration with our Ayurveda and medical experts, and authentic guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead two daily yoga sessions (Sunrise & Sunset) and Private Sessions on request for Hotel & Retreat Guests that reflect balance, energy, and mindfulness.
• Tailor practices for diverse audiences - from beginner to advanced, individual guests to retreat groups.
• Collaborate with our Spa Director and Ayurveda Practitioners to integrate yoga into holistic wellness journeys.
• Support the development of the Wellness Experience Concept, from retreats and detox programs to resident guest offerings.
• Represent the spirit and elegance of the Radisson Collection brand through warm hospitality and mindful professionalism.‍

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200 or higher); multi-style expertise (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, or Ayurveda-based yoga) preferred.
• Previous experience in luxury resort or wellness retreat environments.
• Genuine passion for wellbeing, mindfulness, and creating transformational guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to grow, innovate, and co-create within a new concept blending Ayurveda & modern wellness.‍
