‍Wellsphere is a global wellness talent platform connecting businesses with yoga, Pilates, and holistic professionals worldwide. You can post jobs, residencies, collaborations, and other wellness opportunities to reach skilled, passionate applicants.

‍2. How do I post an opportunity?
‍Create your business profile on Wellsphere, then click Post an Opportunity. Fill in the details about the role, dates, location, and how applicants should apply (email, phone, or WhatsApp). Once submitted, your opportunity will be live for applicants to see.

‍3. How does Wellsphere pricing work?
‍Wellsphere is a subscription-based platform. To post opportunities and access our talent network, businesses need an active subscription plan. You can view our pricing options and select a plan that fits your needs when you create your business profile.

‍4. Can Wellsphere manage the applications?
‍No. Applications are managed directly by your business. Wellsphere shares your opportunities and connects you with talent, but you will review and contact candidates yourself.

‍5. What information should I include in my posting?
‍To attract the right candidates, include:
-Role title and description
-Required skills, experience, or certifications
-Location, duration, and start date
-Application instructions (email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.)
-Any additional perks or benefits

‍6. Can I collaborate with multiple applicants?
‍Yes! You can post opportunities for one role, multiple positions, or collaborative projects. You can also indicate if you’re open to work-trade or short-term residencies.

‍7. How do I communicate with applicants?
‍Applicants will follow your instructions for applying. You can contact them via the email, phone number, or WhatsApp they provide. Wellsphere does not manage communication between businesses and applicants.

‍8. Who can see my opportunity?
‍All applicants who create a profile on Wellsphere and match your opportunity’s criteria will be able to view your posting.

‍9. Can I update or remove a posting?
‍Yes. You can edit or remove your opportunity at any time via your business dashboard.
