Paulina is a spiritual teacher, intuitive healer, sound practitioner, and yoga teacher. Since she was a little girl, she has felt a strong connection to her intuition. Over the past 11 years, she has expanded her skills through a wide range of spiritual, psychic, and intuitive disciplines, including Angelic Reiki, Alchemy Healing, and Quantum Hypnosis. Furthermore, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2020 (Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Yin-based) and has since implemented those practices into her work. She also trained in sound healing levels 1 & 2 and mastered using alchemy crystal sound bowls. She holds certified Angelic Reiki training and workshops throughout the year, teaching others how to expand their intuition and learn to bring energy healing into their everyday life. Paulina combines these practices to empower others to accept, love, and heal themselves, as well as to consciously evolve. Using her gifts and practice, she helps others learn and understand their blocks, gifts, and life purpose, and supports them in their unique journey through energy healing and Yin Yoga practice, so they can become more balanced and in tune with themselves on all levels.
