Let me introduce myself ! I start meditating alone when I was 17 years old. After few years I could heal from by deep sufferings. Everyone was asking me : What is meditation ? How should I do ? And I wasn't able to speak because my knowledge was out of world. I decided to go to India and Nepal to find the skills to share with others the treasure that I found and to go forward in my practice. When I came back people were directly asking me for classes and that's how my experience of teaching began... But I wasn't ready to dive hundred per cent in that. I wanted to leave experiences, find legitimacy while I was still deepening my practice. Because for me this is the key. My experiences with yoga, meditation, phylosophy, my travels, my research, my different jobs... all the purpose is to grow in the spiritual way and to allow others to grow at the same time. Since the beggining I felt I had a special link with the energy flowing in my body. I could understand easily the universal laws of it. But same, I asked me the question : How can I help other with that ? I could only help myself at that time. That's why I decided to have the Bioenergy and magnestism training, and it opened me up to thousand of possibilities...
