Hello!
My name is Katie, I am a yoga teacher based in London. My classes combine dynamic, strength-building flows with calming mindfulness to balance the body and soothe the nervous system. I am passionate about yoga’s power to build strength and inner peace and passionate about creating an uplifting and welcoming space. I love using meditation and breath-work in my classes to help re-balance and ground my students. As well as yoga, I adore running, pilates, strength training and anything to do with the outdoors - I am movement obsessed and would really love to take my wellness career full-time and allow me to travel the world.
