Born and raised in Italy, Elisa moved to London at the age of 18 to pursue a career in contemporary dance. She started doing yoga since the age of 16 and has consistently practiced ever since, incorporating it into her movement practice. She completed her 200 hour Teacher Training at Tripspace in London in 2024 under the supervision of teachers such as Ann Pidcock and Roberto Rubalcava. She's been teaching Vinyasa and Yin classes across London ever since and aims to take practitioners through a creative and juicy flow, filled with fun transitions and plenty of variations for all levels combining her knowledge and love of dance and yoga.
