Hi my name is Chelsea and I run a business called Move&Groove - I am a holistic health coach, breathwork facilitator and retreat host. I am a trained Cacao practitioner to hold ceremonies. I am based in South Africa but am open to travelling. In my free time you can find me exploring the outdoors, trying out restaurants or with my nose buried in a book! My approach is from the heart, helping people to feel seen, heard and understood. My goal is to help as many people as I can to heal, grow and become the best versions of themselves.
