Through a unique blend of yoga, intuitive movement, sound healing, and holistic therapies, I help people regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their inner power, and find joy in being present. My sessions are trauma-sensitive, heart-led, and grounded in deep care for each individual’s journey.
