I am a Yoga, Meditation (Yog Nidra) and Sound Healing/Singing bowl instructor. I am a Singapore citizen and have lived in India (Rishikesh) for 6 years. While I can teach yoga for general mass, I am also specialised in yoga for chronic patients; i.e. somatic yoga. On 21st June 2025, I am invited by UNIPG, Italy to conduct International Day of Yoga both theory and practical. I would like to be consider for this role.
