Lucy is a London-based Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer with a deep passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. Specialising in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, as well as Cadillac and Chair, her core focus is on improving strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness. Lucy also holds an MSc in Personalised Nutrition, which allows her to take a holistic approach to health by combining the benefits of proper nutrition with regular physical activity. She firmly believes in the power of fuelling the body with balanced, nourishing foods to support long-term health and wellness.
