Hi Wellsphere team, I'm a certified yoga teacher with a 200h Yoga Synergy background, and I guide practices that blend fluid, mindful movement with somatic awareness and intentional touch. My classes are often described as "moving meditations"—a space where people can soften into themselves and reconnect with body and mind. In addition to teaching Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra, I host Full and New Moon ceremonies that weave together meditation, journaling, intention setting, and community connection. I also lead Thai Yoga Massage workshops and deep sleep sessions combining sound healing and Nidra. My one-to-one offerings include intuitive bodywork and Reiki-infused touch to support emotional release and healing. I’ve taught internationally—in Germany, Sri Lanka, and beyond—and I’m passionate about holding space that’s both grounding and transformative.
