Hi, I’m Meagan — a newly certified yoga teacher with a passion for helping others reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and intention. My journey into yoga began as a way to ground myself during life’s more chaotic seasons, and it quickly grew into a daily ritual of self-love and holistic healing.
With a deep love for plant-based living, mindfulness, and natural wellness, I bring a grounded and compassionate approach to each class. Whether we’re flowing through sun salutations or settling into stillness, my goal is to create a space where everyone feels empowered, present, and supported — exactly as they are.
