Silvia brings a deep understanding of anatomy and a passion for holistic well-being to every class. She first turned to yoga to support other sports as a means of injury prevention and recovery, which sparked a lifelong commitment to the practice. Now a certified teacher in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra, she creates a supportive space for all levels. Her classes weave mindful movement, breath, and healing practices to help cultivating balance and inner strength. With a background in nursing, in her classes she brings a unique depth to the understanding of the body and its capacity to heal.
