I’ve always been passionate about wellbeing and helping others feel better in themselves - physically, emotionally, and mentally. With certification in health coaching and Pilates, I combine movement and meaningful conversation to support people in reconnecting with their bodies and inner selves. Whether through mindful Pilates sessions or deep 1:1 conversations, I’m driven by a desire to create space for self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and lasting wellbeing.
