Hello :) I'm Paula from Poland, now staying in Algarve :) Im really optimistic passionate yoga teacher, I thrive on connecting with people and sharing the wisdom I've gained :) I did my training in India in October 2023. I was teaching yoga since that time on camps, or schools whenever was possible during my traveling in Asia. I'm teaching Vinyasa/ Hatha and Yin.
