Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Certified professional in Spa & Body Therapy
• Certified professional in Yoga Instruction
• Certified professional in Fitness or Wellness Coaching
• Proficient in guest engagement; confident hosting individual and group sessions
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with diverse backgrounds
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and respectful of different cultures
• Customer-driven, self-motivated, and people-oriented
• Pleasant personality with a strong service mindset
