We’re looking for a Yoga Instructor & Assistant Wellness Supervisor who embodies calm, compassion, and curiosity—someone ready to guide guests on their journey to wellbeing while supporting the daily operations of our wellness program.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead yoga, meditation, and breathwork sessions with professionalism and care.
• Assist in developing and coordinating Ayurah Wellness programs.
• Offer guidance on mindfulness, movement, and holistic living.
• Support guests with personalized wellness recommendations and nurturing presence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Yoga Instructor (minimum 200-hour; 500-hour preferred).
• Additional experience in sound healing, meditation, or breathwork is a plus.
• Background or interest in integrative wellness, gut health, or nutrition preferred.
• Fluent in English; Thai or other languages an advantage.
• Prior experience in a luxury wellness resort or retreat environment desirable.
• Warm, professional, and service-minded with strong interpersonal skills.
• Leadership potential and enthusiasm for growth in wellness management.
