An experienced Yoga and/or Pilates Teacher is sought to lead sunrise and sunset sessions in a refined wellness setting on Sri Lanka’s south coast. The role is based within White Lotus Spa & Wellness, located inside Radisson Collection Resort Galle.

This opportunity is ideal for a teacher who enjoys working with international guests, understands the rhythm of resort life, and can deliver grounded, elegant, and welcoming classes in a natural outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sunrise and sunset Yoga and/or Pilates sessions
• Create accessible yet refined classes suitable for mixed-level guests
• Hold space with presence, calm authority, and warmth
• Ensure a seamless and professional guest experience from start to finish
• Collaborate with the on-site Spa & Wellness team

Class Style & Focus

• Hatha, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Gentle Flow, or Mat Pilates
• Breath-focused, grounding, and restorative styles preferred
• Emphasis on presence, alignment, and guest experience rather than performance

Requirements

• Currently based in Sri Lanka
• Certified Yoga and/or Pilates Teacher
• Confident teaching in English
• Experience with international or retreat-style clientele is an advantage
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable teaching outdoors (garden / open-air setting)
