Are you a natural space-holder with a vision to lead your own wellness retreats?
We’re looking for a self-driven, heart-led Wellness Retreat Leader to join us at Talalla Retreat, a peaceful beachfront haven in southern Sri Lanka.

This is a fully commission-based role for someone ready to take ownership of their offering—designing and delivering transformational retreats in a breathtaking, supportive environment. If you're confident leading groups and passionate about personal growth, this could be your next chapter.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Design, plan, and lead your own wellness retreats—from concept and scheduling to guest experience and facilitation.
• Lead group sessions focused on healing, embodiment, self-development, or therapeutic support.
• Make use of our full wellness offering: yoga, Pilates, steam room, sauna, cold plunge, magnesium baths, red light therapy, massage, sound healing & more.
• Collaborate with our in-house team of instructors and therapists to co-create memorable, holistic retreats.
• Take the lead on promoting and selling your retreat (with optional marketing support from our team).

✨ Who You Are

• An experienced facilitator, therapist, coach, or healing practitioner with a confident, grounded presence.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial—ready to shape and own your retreat from start to finish.
• Business-minded, with some experience (or curiosity) in retreat planning, marketing, or sales.
• Comfortable with basic content creation, design, or promotion—or already active in the wellness/retreat space.
• Naturally warm, grounded, and charismatic—someone who makes guests feel held, heard, and safe.
