About the role
As the Wellness Leader, you will curate and oversee all wellness initiatives in partnership with the fitness and spa teams. You’ll design holistic programming, integrate mindful nutrition, elevate guest touchpoints, and ensure the resort delivers a seamless, world-class wellness journey. This is a leadership position for someone who understands both strategy and soul.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily wellness operations, services, and guest flow
• Curate and implement offerings including yoga, sound healing, Pilates, meditation, and breathwork
• Provide wellness consultations and create bespoke rituals for guests
• Partner with culinary teams to introduce plant-based offerings
• Support corporate wellness initiatives for resort staff and HQ teams
• Mentor Wellness Ambassadors and coordinate wellness-focused rewards and competitions

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of wellness management experience within luxury hotels or boutique studios
• Multiple holistic wellness certifications
• Strong leadership, organization, and team-building skills
• Passion for innovation and emerging wellness technologies
