Position Details

• Full-time | Onsite
• Salary: Rp 15,000,000 (90-day trial) → Rp 20,000,000
• Must be: WNI (Indonesian citizen)
• Fluent English, discreet, and emotionally mature‍

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across Guest Services, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Landscaping, and Maintenance
• Partner with Accounting (payroll, cost control) and Operations (scheduling, HR, training)
• Implement SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards; manage vendors and procurement
• Deliver privacy-first guest care and authentic, culture-based experiences for international guests
• Ensure wellness facilities (yoga shala, sauna, cold plunge) are guest-ready with the host team‍

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ villa or hotel management experience (multi-department)
• Hospitality/management training, solid admin and basic tech skills (Google/Office, spreadsheets, PMS basics)
• Active yoga or meditation practice and genuine interest in holistic wellness
• Strong leadership, execution, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work irregular hours aligned with retreat schedules‍
