About the Role – Director of Wellness
As the visionary at the helm of Spa, Fitness, Wellness Activities, and Kids Club, you will:

1. Lead the guest experience — ensuring every touchpoint reflects Forbes 5-star standards of luxury, wellbeing, and joy.
2. Oversee integrated operations — managing Spa, Fitness Centre, Wellness & Activities, and Kids Club seamlessly within the resort.
3. Deliver business excellence — driving profitability, managing budgets, KPIs, retail, and inventory with strategic precision.
4. Curate innovative wellness programs — from signature treatments and retreats to social and family-friendly wellbeing experiences.
5. Champion safety & compliance — ensuring gold-standard health, hygiene, childcare, and guest security protocols.
6. Ignite team culture — recruiting, training, and inspiring a multicultural team to thrive and grow.
7. Drive creative marketing & PR — positioning Nammos Spa as a benchmark for luxury wellbeing through engaging campaigns and events.
8. Lead with vision — balancing operational excellence with innovative spirit to keep Nammos ahead of the global wellness curve.

Qualifications & You

• 4+ years of senior spa or wellness leadership experience in luxury hospitality
• Practitioner background with strong knowledge of spa, fitness, and wellness programming
• Proven business acumen across P&L, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams
• Deep understanding of Forbes 5-star guest service standards
• Creative approach to sales, marketing, and experience design
• Bonus: experience with kids’ clubs, family wellness, or holistic retreats‍
