MADRE is a sanctuary for transformative yoga, sound healing, and breathwork in Hastings and St. Leonards-on-Sea. We believe in oneness — with one another, all beings, and the earth mother herself. The Project
We're seeking a skilled and sensitive videographer to film our NAAD: Sound Healing 30-Hour CPD Training — a comprehensive Yoga Alliance-accredited course led by experienced practitioner Tam Klien. This immersive training explores the ancient wisdom and modern science of sound as a healing modality, guiding participants to integrate sound meditation techniques into their practice and teaching.
The filmed content will form the foundation of our online training platform, expanding access to this sacred work for practitioners worldwide.

Filming Dates
Weekend Module 1: Saturday 28 February & Sunday 1 March 2026
Weekend Module 2: Saturday 18 & Sunday 19 April 2026
Hours: 10am–5pm (note: not all hours will be lecture-based)
Location: St. Leonards, East Sussex

What We Need

Educational Content (Primary Deliverable)

• Multi-camera filming of training modules for an online course platform
• High-quality audio capture (essential for sound healing content)
• Professional editing suitable for an e-learning environment
• Clear visibility of demonstrations, instruments, and teaching moments
• Chapter markers and organised file structure for course modules

Promotional Content (Secondary Deliverable)

• Short-form clips for social media (Reels, Stories)
• Promotional video for website and future marketing
• Behind-the-scenes content capturing the training atmosphere
• Still photography throughout the weekend (candid and composed)
• Testimonial-style clips of participant experiences (if appropriate)

Technical Requirements

Essential

• Professional video equipment
• High-quality audio recording capability
• Proficient video editing and post-production skills
• Ability to deliver organised, clearly labelled files
• Understanding of lighting for indoor wellness spaces

Desired

• Experience with multi-camera setups
• Familiarity with capturing sound frequencies
• Colour grading for a warm, inviting aesthetic
• Basic motion graphics or text overlays
• Experience with educational or training content

Ideal Candidate

• Experience filming wellness, yoga, or educational content
• Understands the sacred and contemplative nature of sound healing
• Works discreetly and respectfully in intimate learning environments
• Brings creativity while honouring the authenticity of the teachings
• Organised, reliable, and communicative
• Values the wellness industry and conscious business practices
• Bonus: interest in sound healing, meditation, or holistic modalities

What We're Offering

Option 1: Project Fee
Please provide a project quote that includes:

• Pre-production consultation
• 4 days filming (approx. 28 onsite hours)
• Post-production for both educational and promotional content
• File organisation and delivery
• Any travel costs (if applicable)

Option 2: Reduced Fee + Training Qualification
We’re open to a reduced fee for creatives interested in receiving:

• The full NAAD Sound Healing 30-Hour CPD Training (valued at £899–£999)
• Portfolio development in wellness and educational content
• Yoga Alliance-accredited certification in sound healing
  This option suits those drawn to conscious practices and skill exchange.
