About the Role
As part of the Ahama wellness team, you will lead daily Tai Chi and/or Qigong sessions that cultivate balance, energy flow, and inner calm. This is a full-time, seasonal role within a retreat environment, working alongside an international team to deliver a thoughtful and immersive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regular Tai Chi and/or Qigong group classes for retreat guests
• Guide gentle movement sessions focused on breath, flow, and energy cultivation
• Adapt classes for beginners and mixed-level groups
• Collaborate with the wellness team to support the overall retreat program
• Create a grounded, welcoming, and inclusive practice environment

What We’re Looking For

• Certified or experienced Tai Chi and/or Qigong instructor
• Confident leading group sessions in a retreat or wellness setting
• Calm, professional, and grounded presence
• Passion for holistic wellbeing and mindful movement
• Previous retreat or wellness center experience required
