Are you passionate about yoga, conscious leadership, and cultivating vibrant, high-vibe spaces for transformation? Radiantly Alive is looking for a grounded and inspiring Studio Manager to join our heart-centered team in Ubud, Bali.

In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day rhythm of our studio – ensuring operations run seamlessly, our faculty and staff feel supported, and every guest experiences the magic of Radiantly Alive.

✨ About the Role
As Studio Manager, you are the bridge between logistics and love – blending operational excellence with intentional leadership. You'll guide our team, maintain our beautiful space, and nurture our evolving community, all in alignment with our mission to support personal transformation and conscious living.

Who You Are

• A natural leader with experience in operations, wellness, hospitality, or community-based spaces
• Warm, highly organized, and skilled at multitasking and communication
• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and dependable
• Deeply aligned with yoga, mindfulness, and living with purpose
• Culturally aware and comfortable working in a diverse environment (Bali experience a plus!)
• Currently based in Indonesia (KITAS can be provided if needed)

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations & Experience

• Oversee the daily flow: scheduling, check-ins, ambiance, and upkeep
• Ensure the studio feels clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
• Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and private sessions
• Liaise with teachers, healers, guests, and staff to align needs and expectations
• Handle weather shifts and tech issues with grace and flexibility
• Maintain a high standard of hospitality and care across all touchpoints

Scheduling & Program Coordination

• Manage studio-wide scheduling across offerings and shalas
• Support in organizing events, trainings, and community experiences

Team Leadership & Communication

• Hold regular check-ins with team members, guiding with clarity and compassion
• Foster positive internal communication and collaboration

Teacher & Healer Management

• Onboard, support, and coordinate with our teaching and healing team
• Be the go-to person for scheduling and studio support

Reporting & Admin

• Manage basic reporting, invoicing, and administrative follow-ups
