Blue Chitta Retreat Center is expanding its team and calling in an experienced, grounded, and highly organized Studio Manager to support the daily operations of our retreat and studio on the beautiful island of Koh Tao.‍

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Studio Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of the studio space, manage schedules, support teachers, and uphold the energy and flow of our retreat environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in wellness spaces, enjoys both people-facing and organizational tasks, and can hold a calm, professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and ensure the space is clean, welcoming, and well-prepared
• Manage schedules for classes, workshops, and retreats
• Coordinate with teachers and practitioners for studio needs
• Assist with guest inquiries, bookings, and on-site support
• Maintain studio inventory (supplies, props, equipment)
• Support reception duties when needed
• Uphold a grounded and positive energy within the space
• Communicate effectively with management and team members

Requirements

• Experience in studio management, hospitality, wellness, or related fields
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Long-term commitment preferred
