About the role
As Studio Manager, you will oversee daily studio operations while maintaining the highest standards of instruction and client experience. You will teach Pilates across all apparatus, manage administrative tasks, and represent the studio at events, interacting with a sophisticated clientele including hotel guests, athletes, and VIPs. The environment is professional, refined, and collaborative, connecting you to a wider network across Morocco and Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Pilates classes across Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel
• Manage studio operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Engage with clients and hotel management to maintain premium service standards
• Represent the studio at events and foster community connections
• Collaborate with team members across Morocco and Spain

What we’re looking for

• Certified in full Pilates apparatus (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel); partial certifications considered
• Fluency in French and English
• Sociable, goal-oriented, and professional presence
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Commitment to high standards of instruction and client experience
