Join a serene, luxury wellness destination where nature meets holistic living. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Female Spa & Wellness Supervisor to lead our spa operations and support our mission of balance, beauty, and well-being.‍

Requirements

• Strong skills in spa, massage, beauty, nail and hair treatments, and holistic wellness practices (yoga and sound healing are a plus)
• Experience in reception and guest services (front desk, bookings, and guest inquiries)
• Ability to supervise and motivate the spa team, maintaining high service standards
• Knowledge of spa hygiene, sanitation, and product usage
• Basic sales and upselling skills for spa packages and wellness programs
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa or wellness operations
• Positive attitude with strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to train and mentor junior therapists‍
