About the Role
This position blends therapeutic spa treatments with guided yoga sessions, supporting guests on their wellness journey throughout their stay. Based within a vibrant island resort environment, the role focuses on delivering high service standards while creating calm, restorative experiences aligned with the resort’s hospitality philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional spa treatments while maintaining strong product and therapy knowledge
• Lead yoga sessions and support guests with personalized wellness guidance
• Maintain treatment rooms, spa facilities, and equipment to the highest hygiene standards
• Promote spa services, wellness programs, and retail offerings to guests
• Ensure a relaxing, seamless guest experience across all wellness facilities

What We’re Looking For

• Certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or alternative therapy from a recognized school
• At least 1 year of experience in a spa or hospitality wellness environment
• Strong communication skills with good spoken English
• Ability to handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism
• Additional languages are considered an advantage
