Set sail on your next career journey! We’re looking for an experienced Spa Manager to join a luxury cruise ship team starting February 2026.
Position: Spa Manager – Cruise
Start Date: Early February 2026
Rotation: 3 months on / 1 month off
Salary: $3,200 per month
As Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Spa, Salon, and Fitness areas, ensuring exceptional guest service and a smooth, well-presented wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Spa, Salon, and Fitness facilities
- Lead, support, and train the Spa team
- Oversee bookings and guest service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and meet revenue targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Spa Manager or Senior Spa Therapist onboard
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
