About the Role
As Spa & Fitness Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the resort’s spa and fitness facilities, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of service, professionalism, and care. You will manage both operational flow and team performance, maintaining a wellness environment that is clean, welcoming, and aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa and fitness areas
• Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and guest care
• Lead and support wellness staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor facility standards and the overall guest wellness experience
• Support the continued development of the resort’s wellness offerings

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience within spa and fitness operations
• Certification in spa therapy, fitness instruction, personal training, or wellness management
• Strong operational management and team leadership skills
• Professional presence suited to a luxury hospitality environment
