An experienced and passionate Retreat Chef is sought for a small, intimate retreat set in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating nourishing, vegetarian cuisine, working with fresh local ingredients, and contributing to a conscious, holistic retreat environment.

Role Overview

The Retreat Chef will be responsible for preparing and serving three thoughtfully planned meals per day for a group of 12 guests. The role is hands-on and immersive, with the chef fully participating in the retreat experience alongside attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare three meals daily:
  • Breakfast – 09:30
  • Lunch – 13:30
  • Dinner – 19:30
• Design and deliver a vegetarian, nourishing, and grounding menu, with protein served on the side at dinner
• Source fresh, seasonal ingredients, including participation in a local market visit
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, presentation, and kitchen organisation
• Collaborate respectfully within a retreat setting focused on wellbeing and connection
