As part of the expansion of Lago, we're hiring a passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Lead Instructor to join our team. Located in the heart of Lembongan, Lago offers the rare opportunity to teach on an island surrounded by turquoise waters, breathtaking sunsets, and a vibrant, close-knit community.

This is a lead role. You'll design and deliver reformer programmes for all levels, run exceptional group classes and private sessions, and help shape the studio experience from the ground up. You'll also train, mentor, and support our wider instructor team, setting the tone for how we move, teach, and show up for our clients.

We're looking for an instructor with international Reformer Pilates certification and a minimum of two years of teaching experience, ideally in a premium studio setting. A strong understanding of anatomy is essential, alongside the ability to lead and develop a team confidently. You'll bring a warm, friendly, and professional energy to every class, and feel just as comfortable holding space for beginners as you do challenging seasoned practitioners. KTP holder required, and basic English communication skills are a must.
